What should I do if a job posting appears fraudulent?

Only registered employers with a paid-up account may post job vacancies on the website. Unfortunately it is possible that false job information could be posted in order to defraud unsuspecting jobseekers. This is a violation of the CaribbeanWork.com terms of use and may also be a criminal act. You should notify CaribbeanWork.com of any suspicious postings so that action can be taken.
CaribbeanWork.com disclaims responsibility for information posted by third parties and jobseekers should note the following:

* Do not give your social security number, bank account or credit card information to any prospective employer
* CaribbeanWork.com terms of use prohibit job postings that require jobseekers to pay out any funds before commencing employment
* Be cautious when providing personal information to prospective employers over the phone or online, other than the information you have already stated in your resume.
* Carry out as much research as possible about prospective employers and individuals claimimng to represent them.

The suggestions above are intended to help avoid fraud but they are by no means exhaustive.
